The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement, storage and characterization of a large number of authentic honey samples in order to analyze them across laboratory in § 64 Food, Needoms and Feeding Code (LFGB) Working group "NMR" by means of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).
