Construction of a school building - specialist planning structural engineering planning
Building a two-storey cultivation to the outbuilding of the Friedrich Jungs School according to the space program with a gross base area of approx. 2,160 m2. The cultivation of the Schmalenbeck primary school and the Friedrich-Junge School and the upper floor by the Friedrich-Junge School and the Emil-von-Behring-Gymnasium takes place on the ground floor. The needs program sees a total of 11 classrooms, 4 large marketplaces & differentiation areas, A multifunctional room and a teaching material library together, together with a number of smaller meeting and differentiation rooms as well as necessary side and sanitary rooms. The new building should fit into the surrounding development in terms of design. The new building will be two -storey on the Friedrich-Junge School grown. The area of the single -storey cultivation is to be included in the planning of the new building. The new building is said to have two full floors and is to be carried out with a green flat roof. The Grundach should compensate for the area sealed by the new building serve. A functional and design -speaking building is to be created, which allows and promotes intensive and lively use.
