Description:
Construction supervision (BUe) for small construction projects in the area of MS/LV network and customer connections as well as public lighting over a 1-year contract period plus 1-year extension option. The service content to be provided by the service provider within the framework of a service contract is the following serviceareas: "Recording of conditions OeB", "Construction supervision of small construction measures OeB", "Recording of conditions of customer connections", "Construction monitoring of customer connections" etc. The specific activities required for this are, in particular, the documentation of local authorities for recording the conditionsreal circumstances through measurements and photos as well as coordination with property developers and authorities or customers and electrical installers. As part of construction supervision, construction site inspections, external company assessments, appointment coordination and measurement checks for factual accuracy are carried out in particularand ensuring SNB-side quality control until completion of the construction project.
