Description:
The Center for Psychiatry is planning a new building for the clinic for general psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Schloss Winnenden Clinic. Two open sector wards, a day clinic and a psychiatric institute outpatient clinic are to be accommodated.
The supporting structure is made of reinforced concreteiv construction. The facade of the base floor is planned with an exposed concrete facade. Together with extensive green flat roofs, a dense facade construction, wooden windows with triple insulating glazing and a good insulation standard, a sustainable and energy-saving building will be createdthe casing is reached.
The power supply is provided via the accessible installation channel. This applies to both high-, low- and safety-current technology.
The roof areas will be covered with a photovoltaic system.
