- Construction work for the partial new building of the Heinrich Grupe School in 37124 Rosdorf: The municipality of Rosdorf wishes to enlarge the Heinrich Grupe School in order to offer space for a total of 400 students. The planning property is the site of the existing Heinrich Grupe elementary school in the town centerof the municipality of Rosdorf. The existing buildings were built in several sections (from 1922 to 2011). The existing buildings consist of two full floors (EG, OG) and are partially basement. The upper degree forms gable roofs. The aim of the planned measures is a future -proof barrier -freeNew organization of the HGS as a four -way general education school in all day. BA1 is the new building. The old building is being renovated in two directly consecutive sections, but is in terms of content and logistics as a construction phaseplanned and advertised. The structure is built in solid construction and receives a clinker facade with mineral wool insulation. The floor ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete ceilings and largely provided with acoustic slope blankets. TheA flat roof forms the top. The rooms in existing construction essentially retain their previous functions. Spreads are exchanged for better implementation of the usage concept.
