Description:
The subject of this tender is advice and support for change management activities in the client's specialist areas. The services to be provided take place as part of cultural change and transformation processes in all companies of the KfW Group, as well as in Pprojects and individual departments or specialist areas within KfW. The contractor must design and support the change process in different projects in accordance with the individual orders, depending on the complexity and impact of the respective change. The upThe contractor must provide its services in regular communication with KfW (in particular internal change management in HR / change managers and the relevant departments or projects).
