Description:
The Board of Directors Area of Purchasing and Allow has been in a transformation process accompanied by an external consulting house since December 2023. The focus of this transformation was particularly in the showing of the added value of purchasing for the company and in customer centering. After an external and with the inclusion of important stakeholders, as well as the internal cooperation of the staff area, the fields of action were named and compared with the purchasing strategic measures or the purchasing strategy for results from the analysis phase Supplemented and harmonizes with the sub-adoption strategy.
