Description:
The subject of the tender is consultant services/ project management services for the implementation of an existing optimization concept as well as consulting services for the reorganization of the order management of the department for the construction of light signal systems in accordance with performance description. It isintends to place a framework contract from the award for the surcharge for probably nine months. An optional extension is not planned.Existing optimization concept (with the performance content that is still being continued by the department) with: - Building a suitable project organization - Management of the project and - incorporation of the goal achievement as well as a (deeper) advisory service with: - Review of the processand assembly organization for order management (IS) - Development of up to three improved organizational models (should) - development of a implementation concept for the model variant preferred by the client in the "Construction of light signal systems".Reorganization of order management LSA
