- Against the background of changes in the water industry, such as digitalization, automation, demographic changes and climate change, a sustainable, further developed structure is required for the client. The annual investment volume has increased significantly and is currentlyt at around EUR 450 million. Long-term, reliable planning and timely implementation of investments, maintenance and the development of personnel is crucial in order to ensure water supply and wastewater disposal security for the Berlin metropolitan region in the futureafford. It is planned to examine the definition of a target image for personnel measurement and the client's investment process as part of a project consisting of two sub-projects with external support:
"Personnel measurement": Determination of the personnel requirements for the futuren Tasks of the client in comparison with other (infrastructure) companies or benchmarks, taking into account the changing framework conditions as well as deriving and, if necessary, implementing optimization measures.
"Investment process": increasing the efficiency of investment and maintenanceThe client's management processes, including benchmarks or company comparisons, are responsible to those paying the fees by deriving and, if necessary, implementing optimization measures.
