Tenders are invited for Consulting Services, Renewable Energy / Solar PV / Feasibility Study / Implementation Consultancy The German Financial Cooperation through KfW intends to provide financing for the greenfield 36 MW Photovoltaic Power Plant Podveležje (the “Project”) which shall provide estimated 8 MW for the regional distribution network (Photovoltaic Power Plant Podveležje 1) and estimated 28 MW (and max. 30 MW) for the national transmission grid. The Project will be located in the immediate vicinity of the recently commissioned Wind Power Plant (WPP) Podvelezje of the Employer on the Plateau of Podvelezje at an altitude of between 700 and 800 meters. The Project will further promote renewable energy (RE) sources in the power generation portfolio of the BiH by exploiting the abundant solar energy potential in BiH. Requested Consulting Services: Review existing studies and surveys Prepare a technical feasibility study including review of preliminary design of the plant prepared by the Employer Conduct a cost-benefit analysis Supplement the ESIA in accordance with the KfW Sustainability Guideline / WB ESF and Communication & Visibility activities
