- 2X Global invites proposals from qualified service providers to deliver Technical Assistance under the 2X Ignite TA Facility, funded by KfW. The TA Facility supports female-led or gender-balanced fund managers through bespoke technical assistance and capacity building, backed by the 2X Ignite Africa Warehousing Facility—a catalytic initiative addressing the underrepresentation of women in private equity and venture capital. Currently active in Africa and expanding to Asia, the TA Facility aims to strengthen fund management capabilities, ESG performance, and other key operational areas. Services include legal structuring, fund governance, regulatory and compliance advisory, fund administration, accounting support, ESG and sustainability strategy development, implementation of robust Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) systems, climate-lens integration, and tailored training. Service providers may offer individual services or bundled shared services aligned with fund managers- specific needs.
