Description: Subject of the tender for the large district town of Weißwasser / O. L. (hereinafter referred to as “client”) are the construction and rental of containers for a temporary day-care center.
The client is planning the renovation of the Ulja daycare center in Weißwasser. To do this, it is necessary to set up alternative quarters for the duration of the construction work. This is to take place as a temporary construction (approx. 8 to 10 months) using rental containers. Even with a used or overhauled container, all systems must be in perfect technical condition and usable as a day-care center. The acceptance by experts according to legal requirements takes place before use on behalf of the client. The container does not have to be designed in accordance with ENEV 2014; adequate insulation must be provided. As an alternative or as a contingency item, air conditioning in the common areas and bedrooms is requested.
