The AOK Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland intends to conclude a contract in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V on the supply of insured persons with aids from product groups 02 (adaptation aids) and 16 (communication aids). The subject of the contract is the provision of additional costs for insured personsen with aids from
-the product subgroups 02.99.01 to 02.99.06 and 02.99.99 as well as
-the product subgroups 16.99.01 to 16.99.06 and 16.99.99
of the list of aids in accordance with § 139 SGB V including all related services - and services. The requirementsThe currently applicable list of medical aids in accordance with Section 139 SGB V represents the minimum requirements for the medical aids to be provided.
The contract does not contain any entitlement to carry out a specific number of supplies for those with statutory health insurance or any specific conditionsdelivery quantity.
Contractual partners can only become service providers who meet the requirements for sufficient, appropriate and functional production, delivery and adaptation of the aids and can provide proof by means of a certificate from a suitable, independent body (prequalificationlocation). With this preliminary information, a contractual intention is made known in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 Sentence 5 SGB V.
