Intention to conclude the contract: Contract for the provision of additional costs to the insured of AOK Bayern with aids for tracheostomy and laryngectomy from product group 12 of the list of aids according to § 139 SGB V, including related necessary services such as advicech documentation, adjustment, instruction, maintenance and repair as well as home visits.

The contract does not establish a right to the provision of a specific number of care for AOK Bayern insured persons or a specific delivery quantity. Supplying contractual partnersr can only become service providers who meet the requirements for sufficient, appropriate and functional production, delivery and adaptation of the aids and who can provide proof in the form of a certificate from a suitable, independent body (prequalification body).en.
