Description: Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code Book V enables the health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount agreements on the drugs to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. Section 130a, Paragraph 8, Sentence 5, SGB V, for your shareholder and customer accounts. With regard to the relevant legal regulations for the award of public contracts, a regular process of active ingredient-related, formal award procedure according to the regulations of the 4th part of the GWB takes place by GWQ Service Plus AG. Until the new drug discount agreements come into force, the GWQ would like to conclude drug discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies as part of the open-house procedure for preparations with the active ingredient enoxaparin. The earliest contract start is 01/01/2020
