Description:
DeGewo is a local housing company that creates living space for over 140,000 people in more than 80,000 apartments. With over 1,500 employees build, manage and manage our stocks ourselves.
DeGewo plans the modernization of the contract database used so far Introduction of a new digital solution to manage contracts. The aim is to modernize the contract database and create a contract management solution for the efficient and transparent management of contracts in order to optimize the processes, the management of contracts revision -proof To design, improve compliance and minimize the data protection risks.
The following user numbers must be taken into account for the solution:
• approx. 1,600 Degewo employees,
• approx. 200 active users of the contract database, including 66 licenses with processing rights and 134 required Licenses with reading rights,
Depending on the selected operating model, this can either be done on the basis of an EVB-it cloud contract (hosting the contractor) or an EVB-IT system contract (operation on the client's cloud infrastructure). Both variants are permitted and are assessed equally as part of this tender.
