- The R V BKK intends to conclude a contract according to § 127 paragraph 1 SGB V, which does not justify a claim to a certain number of supplies. The subject of the contract is the supply of the insured with enteral nutrition of product group 03 at home as well as telephone and/orhe personal advice on site and the associated documentation of the advice. In addition to product advice, the advice also includes advice on possible additional costs. No-premium products must be offered to policyholders under this contract. Not in the list of aids gelisted products must meet the requirements of the MPG (Medical Devices Act) and the directive (CE marking). The supply must comply with the principle of economic efficiency according to §12 SGB V.
