  Construction of the Ruhr, Hafenkanalbruecke and Vormontageflaeche as well as demolition of the Kaiserhafenbruecke and establishment of the Kaiserhafendamms in the context of the renewal of the Oberbuergermeister Karl-Lehr-Brueckenzuges, 2. Bauabschnitt.

  The renewal of the Oberbuergermeister-Karl-Lehr -Brueckenzuges comprises in the 2nd construction phase the expansion of the Ruhrorter Strasse from the north-facing abutmentThe Kaiserhafenbruecke up to and including Knoten Kasslerfeld will be tendered in total in 4 separate packages.
  Package 1 includes the demolition and construction of the Ruhr and the Hafenkanalbruecke in the form of two lots, which will be tendered at different times in separate procedures the demolition of the Kaiserhafenbruecke and the construction of the Kaiserhafendamm. The bestThe existing Ruhr and the Hafenkanalbruecke are to be replaced by two new power bridges. The Kaiserhafen Bridge is demolished, however, and a new dam is built for it.
  The subject of the present award procedure is the package 1 "Ruhr- / Hafenkanal u. Kaiserhafenbruecke / -damm", of which only the lot 1 "establishment Ruhr, Hafenkanalbruecke and Vormontageflaeche and demolition KaiserhafThe following criteria of eligibility (eligibility and license to practice, economic and financial capacity, technical and professional capacity) are contained with the required evidence of non-existence of exclusion criteria according to - 6e EU VOB / A and in case of capacityof their companies / consortia acc. 6d EU VOB / A and with references to the relevant forms summarized in the document "Terms of Contract" of the tender documents.
  Self-declaration for entry in the trade or professional register or the domicile of the registered office or domicile (- 6a EU no 1 VOB / A). If the offer in the closer Wahl comes, this is to be replaced by the proof of the business registration, the entry in the professional or commercial register or the handicraft role (- 6b EU Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VOB / A).

  A) Self-declaration on the annual general turnover (at least EUR 100 million/ Year) of the company in relation to the last three business years (- 6a EU No. 2c VOB / A). Insofar as the offer is short-listed, the AG may request this by confirming it by a certified Wirtschaftspruefers / Steuerberateror replace correspondingly certified annual accounts or correspondingly certified profit and loss accounts (- 6b EU para. 1 No. 2 VOB / A).

  c) Self-declaration on a professional indemnity insurance with minimum cover for personal injury and property damage and i.H.v. EUR 10 million each (- 6a EU No. 2a VOB / A). If the offer is shortlisted,this is to be replaced by a copy of the insurance policy or confirmation by the insurance company that it will be concluded in the event of placing the order (- 6b EU (1) No. 2 VOB / A).
