  For the Saarland University, on the Saarbruecken campus, a new FoBuildings arise. Within the structurally densely used campus, the new building will be erected on a vacant area until the start of the project. This serves as a center for the bundling of different research groups in the fields of experimental and theoretical (bi) physics. In addition to areas that are assigned to individual work groups, there is also shared useche, such as Seminar rooms, shared laboratories (biological, chemical or physical laboratories) or specialized laboratories such as clean room and cell culture laboratory.   Project description:
  The research building has a number of laboratory rooms which place special demands on the rooms and on the building technology.
  The laboratories are to be provided with partial air conditioning systems. The clean room is classified according to ISO 14644 and is classified according to class ISO 5. Due to these requirements is the clean room with a full climateequipment. Office rooms can of course be fumigated. Depending on the design concept, other rooms are to be evaluated in terms of room ventilation technology.
  Since laboratories require a high level of technical equipment or a complex building technology, a considerable proportion of technical surfaces can be expected.   The heat supply of the building is ensured by remote heating.
  Scope of services:
  The services of the technical equipment Anl.-Gr. 7 (laboratory technology) acc. -- 53 ff. HOAI LPH 2-9 awarded. The commissioning takes place in stages, a retrieval of LPH 6-9, in whole or in part, remains reserved.

  Commissioning in mid-2019,

  Important note regarding the project period:
  The building task becomes supported by funding from the federal government. The building is in the process of promoting research buildingsis therefore to be implemented in a tight schedule rail. The project must be finalized by the end of 2023.
  Project costs:
  The construction costs are estimated at approx. EUR 10.6 million net, KG 300, or EUR 8.9 million, net KG 400.

  The declarations will be insured with the submission of the completed application for participation.
  The subsequent request for documents in accordance with - 56 VgV is reserved.
  - Applications only for partial performances lead to the exclusion of the application,
  - procurement-relevant multiple participations, leading to a breach of the secret bettingEternal lead, are excluded.
