The subject of the publication is the (framework) contract for the care of the insured persons of the BAHN-BKK with aids for respiration (respirators and accessories) and oxygen supply (oxygen therapy devices, medical oxygen and accessories) according to the Fifth Code (SGB V)he publication is the (framework) contract for the supply of the insured persons of the BAHN-BKK with aids for the ventilation (respirators and accessories) and oxygen supply (oxygen therapy devices, medical oxygen and accessories) according to the fifth law book (SGB V) Investments can be completed at any time provided the conditions are metlt is. Further and further rights of the service providers remain untouched. The subject matter of this contract is the local and payment-free care of the insured persons of the BAHN-BKK with aids according to - 33 section 1 SGB V for respiratory therapy and oxygen therapy and the associated fringe benefits within the framework of the Aid supply.
The supply to the beatm(non-invasive and invasive ventilation) is regulated in Appendix 4. This Annex regulates the care of the insured persons of BAHN-BKK with aids for ventilation therapy, accessories, consumables and ancillary services including all services and services related to the care, taking into account the Medical Devices Act (MPG), the medical devices industrySupplementary regulation (MPBetreibVO) and the requirement for economic efficiency (- 12 SGB V).
The supply of oxygen therapy is regulated in Annex 5.
This Annex regulates the supply of insured persons of BAHN-BKK with aids for oxygen therapy, accessories, medical oxygen / consumables and ancillary services including all services and services associated with carein accordance with the Medical Devices Act (MPG), the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance and the Economic Efficiency Law (- 12 SGB V).
The subject matter of the publication is the (framework) contract for the care of the insured persons of the BAHN-BKK with ventilatory aids (ventilators and respirators) Accessories) and oxygen supply (oxygen therapy devices,medical oxygen and accessories) according to the Fuenfte Gesetzbuch (SGB V).

The contract is concluded by recognition, if the service provider fulfills the contractual conditions and the services effected and settled in accordance with this contract. The fulfillment of the requirementsBAHN-BKK must be notified in advance.
A service provider participating in this contract is not obliged to perform both the ventilatory therapy services (Annex 4) and the oxygen therapy services (Annex 5).
With each service provider who fulfills the eligibility requirements , a contract is concluded.
The conclusion of the contract is at any time, that means also after 1.4.2019, possible. The contract ends on 31.12.2024.
