  Subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for drugs to the WirkstoGlatiramer acetate in the potency of 20 mg (ATC code WHO: L03AX13) within the framework of an "open-house model." All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are provided with a standard agreement and a uniform access procedure 130a para. 8 SGB V. An exclusivity is not givenAt the conclusion of the agreement, it was unknown and in particular dependent on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum order quantities.

  The agreement may be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).
  Agreements under this model will be made in timeclosed from 16.4.2019 to 31.5.2021. Interested parties are required to submit the completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion criteria and discount agreement) for the first time by 15.4.2019, and then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). It depends on the access at the AOK PLUS. Fells the 15th of a Monats on a Saturday, Sunday or nationwide public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such day. If the date of signing the AOK PLUS is 31/05/2019, this discount agreement will come into effect as soon as the AOK PLUS has signed the discount agreement upon receipt of the complete documents signed by the pharmaceutical company. The signing takes place until the end of the month in which the participation documents are received by the AOK PLUSmust be. Organizationally, it takes about half a month for the AOK PLUS to complete the notification of the discount agreement. The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the submission deadline of the participation documents. A discount agreement is concluded with all pharmaceutical companies that fulfill the conditions for participation and confirm this by signing the requested documents.
  The contract ends on 31.5.2021 at the latest, irrespective of the date of the conclusion of the contract. The AOKPLUS is keeping upenvisage prematurely ending the open-house procedure, in particular in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements. In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experiences of the AOK PLUS, exclusive discount agreements usually occur eight to twelve months after the publication of the corresponding tenderin the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Future contractors in the open-house model are kindly invited to inform themselves regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
