  Subject of this publication the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicinal products for the active ingredient Iloprost, which are approved as a solution for nebulizers (ATC code according to WHO: B01AC11) within the framework of an "open-house model." All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are given standardized conditions and a uniform access procedure Discount agreement according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V. An exclusivity is not givenAcceptance quantity is unknown at the time of conclusion of the agreement and depends in particular on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum order quantities.

  The agreement may be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).
  Agreements under this modelwill be closed in the period from 25.4.2019 to 31.5.2021. Interested parties must submit the completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion criteria and discount agreement) for the first time until 24.4.2019, then until the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). It depends on the access at the AOK PLUS. Fells the15th of a month on a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such day. In the event of late arrival (after 24.4.2019 or 15th of each month), the participation documents submitted will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.

The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the submission deadline of the participation documents.   The contract will end no later than 31.5.2021, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to premature the open-house procedure, especially in the case of exclusive discount agreementsbreak up. In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. Exclusive rebate agreements, as a rule eight to twelve months after the publication of the relevant notice of invitation to tender in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, enter into force following AOK PLUS`s experience. The future contractors in the open-house models are requested to inform themselves regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
