  The subject matter of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for drugs to the active ingredient methyldopa (ATC code naCH WHO: C02AB01) as part of an "open-house model." All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies will be offered a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V, subject to uniform terms and a uniform access procedure The purchase quantity is unknown upon conclusion of the agreement and espIt depends, in particular, on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, on the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and on the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum order quantities.

  Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).
  Agreements under this model will be made in the period from 25.4.2019 to 31.5.2021 closed. interesProposers must submit the completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion and discount agreement) for the first time by 24.4.2019, and then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). Rebate agreements submitted after 24 April 2019 will be signed by the AOK PLUS by the end of the month in which the registration documents have to be received by the AOK PLUS.

Based on the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive rebate agreements usually enter into force 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant call for tenders in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contractors in the open-house model are requested to do so regularly in the supplementto the Official Journal of the European Union.
