  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V with possibility to finalize the active ingredient nifedipine (ATC code according to WHO: C08CA05)

  The subject matter of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive rebate agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicines for the active ingredient nifedipine (ATC code accWHO: C08CA05) as part of an "open-house model." All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies will be offered a discount agreement pursuant to - 130a (8) SGB V, subject to uniform terms and a uniform access procedure The purchase quantity is unknown upon conclusion of the agreement and espOthers depend on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescription behavior of the contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of the public pharmacies. The client does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities.

  Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).
  Agreements under this model will be made in the period from 25.4.2019 to 31.5.2021 closed. interessThe fully completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion grounds and discount agreement) must be submitted for the first time by 24.04.2019, then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). The discount agreements submitted after 24 April 2019 will be signed by the AOK Plus by the end of the month in which the participation documents have to be received by the AOK Plus.
  Organizationally there will be a lead time of about half a month necessary for the AOK Plus to make the notifications of the discount agreement. The initial identification deDiscount medicines in the pharmacy software are issued from the second month following the receipt of the participation documents. In the case of changes or new specifications of the deadlines for the deadline declarations in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt, this date may vary. With all pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements and this by their UnA contract will be finalized on 31.5.2021, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. The AOK Plus reserves the right to prematurely end the open-house procedure, in particular in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements. In this case, the contracts already closed will endaccording to the contractual provisions. Exclusive rebate agreements, as a rule eight to twelve months after the publication of the relevant notice of invitation to tender in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, enter into force following AOK PLUS`s experience. The future contractors in the open-house model are asked to do so regularly in Suppleto the Official Journal of the European Union.
