  The subject matter of this publication is the Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicinal productscombination fusidic acid / betamethasone (ATC code according to WHO: D07CC01) within the framework of an "open-house model" All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are given the standard terms and a uniform access procedure to conclude a discount agreement according to - 130a Abs 8 SGB V. An exclusivity is not givenis unknown at the time of concluding the agreement and in particular depends on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum order quantities.

  Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).
  Agreements under this model will be made in the period from 18.6.2019 to 31.7.2021 geclosed. Interested parties must submit the completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusions and discount agreement) for the first time by 17.6.2019, and then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). It depends on access to the AOK PLUS. Falls the 15th of a month on a Saturday, Sunday or botherwise national holiday, the next working day will take the place of such day.   The discount agreement will enter into force on signature of both parties until 31.7.2019 on 1.8.2019.   Signing will take place until the end of the month in which the participation documents are received at the AOK PLUS.

In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive rebate agreements usually occur eight to twelve months after the publication of the relevant call for tenders in the SupplementOfficial Journal of the European Union. Future contractors in the open-house model are invited to consult regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
