  - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V allows the health insurance companies (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discounts on the medicines to be surrendered to the legal KK .
  GWQ ServicePlus AG intends non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a para. 8 SGB V in addition o. A. To close active ingredient with contract start on 1.7.2019. This contract can at any time of the contract period all interested companies to join the same conditions (approval model). The GWQ assumes that this procedure is due to a lack of selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory accessibility of all pharmaceuticalcompany does not fall within the scope of antitrust law. The contract documents, the participating health insurance companies and their sales as well as the dates for the notification of the contract can be viewed and downloaded on the allocation portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG under http://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de. Until the start of exclusive contracts stands this transitional agreement
  Upon receipt of the signed contract / declaration and evidence on 10.6.2019, a first notification can be made as of 1.7.2019.
  The following documents must be submitted:
  - signed contract in duplicate,
  - evidence the drug approval by means of an excerpt from the public part of the AMIS database,
  - signed self-declaration (Annex 3),
  - PZN list (Annex 4).
  - proof of approval by means of an excerpt from the public part of the AMIS database, - self-declaration signed (Annex 3).
