  The subject matter of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for drugs to the active ingredient granisetron (ATC codeaccording to WHO: A04AA02) as part of an "open-house model." All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered a discount agreement in accordance with - 130a, section 8 SGB V, subject to uniform terms and a uniform access procedure The purchase quantity is unknown upon conclusion of the agreement and iIn particular, it depends on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies.   The conclusion of the agreement can be made at any time and under the same conditionsIndividual contract negotiations will not be carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form referred to under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1) Period from 28.6.2019 to 31.7.2021 closed. Interested parties have the completely offcompleted and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion and discount agreement) for the first time by 27/6/2019, then by the 15th of the month at the place specified under I.1).
