  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).
  Agreements under this model will be concluded in the period from 1.7. 2019 to 31.8.2021 closed. intereFor the first time, applicants must submit the fully completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion criteria and discount agreement) by 28.6.2019, and then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to AOK PLUS experience, exclusive rebate agreements usually take place 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant call for tenders in the Supplement to the Official Journalt of the European Union. Future contractors in the open-house model are invited to consult regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
