  The subject matter of this publication is the Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for active pharmaceuticalstoffkombination dienogest / ethinylestradiol (ATC code according to WHO: G03AA16) within the framework of an "open-house model." All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are given the standard terms and a uniform access procedure to conclude a discount agreement according to - 130a Abs 8 SGB V. An exclusivity is not givene is unknown at the time the agreement is concluded and depends in particular on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescribing behavior of the contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of the public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum order quantities.

  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1)itraum closed from 16.8.2019 to 30.9.2021. Interested parties must submit the completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion criteria and discount agreement) for the first time by 15.8.2019, and then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). It depends on access to the AOK PLUS. Fells the 15th of a Monats on a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day will be replaced by such day. The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the submission deadline of the participation documents. A discount agreement is concluded with all pharmaceutical companies that fulfill the conditions for participation and confirm this by signing the requested documents.
  The contract ends on 30 September 2021 at the latest, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract. The AOK PLUS behaeHe intends to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive rebate agreements. In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experiences of the AOK PLUS, exclusive discount agreements usually occur eight to 12 months after the publication of the corresponding tenderin the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Future contractors in the open-house model are invited to consult regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
