  The agreement may be concluded at any time and on the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address mentioned under I.1), the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration to non-originalrequest for statements of exclusion, declaration of conformity) stating lot and active substance / active substance combination. Agreements under this model will be closed during the period from 17.9.2019 to 31.10.2021. Interested parties have the completely completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion, discount agreement in 2-fexecution, declaration of conformity) for the first time until 16.9.2019, thereafter until the 15th of a month, by post at the office mentioned under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. If the 15th of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such a day. At later entrance(after the 16.9.2019 or 15th of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement will come into force at the signing of both parties until 31.10.2019 on 1.11.2019. If the date of signing of the AOK PLUS is after 31.10.2019, this discount agreement will come into effect as soon as the AOK PLUS has been approved by Eithe complete and signed by the pharmaceutical contractor has signed the discount agreement. The signing will take place until the end of the month in which the participation documents have been received by the AOK PLUS.
  Organizationally, AOK PLUS will take approximately half a month to complete the notification of the discount agreementunehmen. The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the submission deadline of the participation documents. In the case of changes or new specifications of the deadlines for the deadline declarations in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt, this time may vary. With all pharmaceutical companies that are required to participateand conclude this by signing the requested documents, a discount agreement will be concluded.
  The contract will end no later than 31.10.2021, irrespective of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements. In this case, endthe contracts already concluded in accordance with the contractual provisions. In the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive rebate agreements usually enter into force 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant call for tenders in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contractors in the open-house model will be asked to comment on thisto be published on a regular basis in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
  - Self-declaration on the absence of grounds for exclusion
  This publication does not constitute the award of a public service contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24 / EU) or public procurement law. To the utmost degree of transparency for the intended contractto ensure consistency, it is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting requirements ("mandatory fields"), such as the process name "open procedure", "award criteria" and "conditions for the opening of tenders" aresolely the use of this Notice Form and the Publishing Platform. A further meaning, in particular a submission subcontracting regulations, as far as they are not obligatory for legal reasons, is not connected with this.
