  The subject matter of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for drugs to the active substance Lanreotid (ATC code naWHO WHO: H01CB03) within the framework of an "open-house model" All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered a discount agreement according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V under standard conditions and a uniform access procedure The purchase quantity is unknown upon conclusion of the agreement and espIt depends, in particular, on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, on the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and on the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities.
  The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations weInterested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration on the absence of exclusion grounds, declaration of conformity) via the e-mail address stated under I.1). Agreements under this model will be concluded in the period from 22/10/2019 to 30/11/2021. Interested parties have the completecompleted and signed participation documents (self-declaration for the absence of exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate, declaration of conformity) for the first time until 21.10.2019, then until the 15th of a month, by postal mail at the point I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. Fells the 15th of a month on a Sun.evening, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such a day. In the event of later receipt (after 21.10.2019 or 15th of each month), the participation documents submitted will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement will enter into force at the signing of both parties up to and including 30.11.2019 on 1.12.2019.If the date of signing AOK PLUS is after 30.11.2019, this discount agreement will come into effect as soon as AOK PLUS has signed the discount agreement upon receipt of the complete documents signed by the pharmaceutical company. The signing will take place until the end of the month in which the participation documents have been received by the AOK PLUSSEN. Organizationally, it takes about half a month for the AOK PLUS to complete the notification of the discount agreement. The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the submission deadline of the participation documents.   The contract ends on 30.11.2021 at the latest, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract. The AOK PLUS reservesterminate the open-house procedure prematurely, in particular in the case of the conclusion of exclusive rebate agreements. In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to AOK PLUS experience, exclusive discount agreements usually take place 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant call for tendersin the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Future contractors in the open-house model are kindly requested to consult regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

  This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract in the European UnionMeaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24 / EU) or public procurement law. In order to ensure the widest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of the contract, it will be published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used.
