  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V with possibility of terminating the drugs listed under II.1.4) The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicinal products for the following active substances:

  The agreement may be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address mentioned under I.1) the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration to the exclusion of exclusion, Conformitaetserklrequesting lot and active substance. The signing will take place until the end of the month in which the participation documents have been received by the AOK PLUS.   The contract ends at the latest on 31.1.2022, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. The AOKPLUS reserves the right to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements. In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual termstimmungen. In the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive rebate agreements usually enter into force 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant call for tenders in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
