  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V with possibility of termination at any time for the active substance / active substance combination listed under point II.1.4) The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicinal products for the following active substance / drug combination:

  The conclusion of the agreement can be made at any time and on the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address mentioned under I.1), the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for non-existenton grounds of exclusion, declaration of conformity), stating lot and active substance / active substance combination. Agreements under this model will be concluded in the period from 6.1.2020 to 31.1.2022. Interested parties have the completely completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate Ausffor the first time until 3.1.2020, then until the 15th of each month, by post at the address given under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. If the 15th of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or nationwide public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such a day. At later entrance (after the3.1.2020 or 15. of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement comes into effect upon signing of the AOK PLUS. The first subscription will be signed until 3.1.2020 until the end of the 2nd calendar week 2020. Any discount agreements submitted after 3.1.2020 will be valid until the end of the month, inAOK PLUS has to sign up for the participation documents.
  Organizationally, AOK PLUS will need approximately half a month to complete the notification of the discount agreement. The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month, which is on the date of receipt of the participationen follows. In the case of changes or new specifications of the deadlines for the deadline declarations in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt, this date may vary. A discount agreement will be signed with all pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements and confirm this by signing the requested documents.
  The contract ends lateat 31.1.2022, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements. In this case, the contracts already concluded shall terminate in accordance with the contractual provisions. The experiences of the AOK PLUS come after exclusive discount agreements in theRule 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant call for tenders in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contractors in the open-house model are requested to inform themselves regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
