  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with the possibility of concluding the active ingredients listed under Section II.1.4) at any time
  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products for the following active ingredient / combination of active ingredients:

  The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address given under I.1) to submit the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for non-existent reasons), Declaration of Conformity) by specifying the lot and active substance / active substance combination. Agreements within the framework of this model are concluded in the period from February 18, 2020 to March 31, 2021. Interested parties have the fully completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration for non-existence of reasons for exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate, conformitytserklaerung) by February 17, 2020, then by the 15th of a month, by post to the address mentioned under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK Plus. If the 15th of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. In case of a later arrival (after February 17th, 2020 or 15thof a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement will come into force on March 1st, 2020 when both parties sign it up to and including March 31st, 2020. If the date of signing the AOK PLUS is after March 31, 2020, this discount agreement will come into force as soon as the AOK Plus has been received after receipt of the complete andh documents signed by the pharmaceutical company have signed the discount agreement. The signing takes place by the end of the month in which the participation documents must have been received by AOK Plus. Organizationally, a preliminary run of about half a month is necessary on the part of AOK Plus in order to report the discount agreement. The initial identifierDiscount medicines in the pharmacy software are issued from the second month following the receipt of the participation documents. This time may vary if the deadlines for reporting deadlines in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt are changed or re-established. With all pharmaceutical companies who meet the participation requirements and who do so through iha signature on the requested documents, a discount agreement is concluded.
  The contract ends at the latest on March 31, 2021, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK Plus reserves the right to prematurely end the open house process, especially if exclusive discount agreements have been concluded. In this case, the contracts already concluded endge in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experience of AOK Plus, exclusive discount agreements generally come into force 8 to 12 months after the corresponding announcement has been published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contract partners in the open house model are asked to do this regularly in the Supplement to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  This publication is not an award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24 / EU) or public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts,the publication in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting requirements ("mandatory fields"), such as the procedure designation "open procedure", "award criteria" and "conditions for opening the offers" are solely for the use of this informationform and the publication platform. This does not imply any further significance, in particular the submission of subcontracting regulations, unless they are legally binding.
