  The subject of this publication is Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products to combine active substancestion oxycodone / naloxone (ATC code according to WHO: N02AA55) as part of a so-called "open-house model". All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies will be given a discount agreement in accordance with - 130a para 8 SGB V. There is no exclusivityhe agreement is unknown and depends in particular on the demand of the insured, the development of the number of insured, the prescription behavior of the contract doctors and the dispensing and stockpiling behavior of the public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum purchase quantities.

  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.1.1) via the e-mail address given under I.1).
  Agreements under this model will be made in the period from 02/28/2020closed until March 31, 2021. Interested parties must submit the fully completed and signed participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, declaration of conformity) for the first time by February 27, 2020, and then by the 15th of the month to the office named under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. If the 15th of an Monats on a Saturday, Sunday or nationwide public holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. In the event of later receipt (after February 27, 2020 or 15th of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.2020 in force. Discount agreements submitted after February 27, 2020 will expire by the end of the month in which participationdocuments must be received by AOK PLUS, signed by AOK PLUS. Organizationally, AOK PLUS requires a preliminary run of around half a month to report the discount agreement. The initial labeling of discount medicinal products in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the receipt period for the participation documents.   The contract ends on March 31, 2021 at the latest, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to prematurely end the open house process, especially if exclusive discount agreements have been concluded. In this case, the contracts already concluded end in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive discount agreements generally occur between 8 and 12 monthseffective after publication of the relevant announcement in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contractual partners in the open house model are asked to inform themselves regularly about this in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European UnionIt is not a question of awarding a public contract within the meaning of the public procurement directive (2014/24 / EU) or public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended contracts, the publication is published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, dhe contract notice is used. The resulting requirements ("mandatory fields"), such as the procedure designation "open procedure", "award criteria" and "conditions for opening the offers" are due solely to the use of this notice form and the publication platform.
