  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with the possibility of concluding at any time for the active ingredient / combination of active ingredients listed under Point II.1.4)
  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8). 8 SGB V for medicinal products for the following active ingredient / combination of active ingredients:

  The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address mentioned under I.1) to submit the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration of not being available)on reasons for exclusion, declaration of conformity) stating lot and active substance / active substance combination. Agreements within the framework of this model will be concluded between February 28, 2020 and March 31, 2020. Interested parties have the fully completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, discount agreement in two copiesmanagement, declaration of conformity) by 27.2.2020, then by the 15th of a month, by post to the address mentioned under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. If the 15th of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. With later receipt (after deOn February 27, 2020 or the 15th of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement comes into force as soon as AOK PLUS has signed the discount agreement after receipt of the complete documents signed by the pharmaceutical company. Discount agreements submitted after February 27, 2020 will besigned by AOK PLUS at the end of the month in which the participation documents must have been received by AOK PLUS. Organizationally, AOK PLUS requires a preliminary run of around half a month to report the discount agreement. The initial labeling of the discount medicinal products in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month on the receipt frist follows the participation documents. This time can vary if the deadlines for reporting dates in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt are changed or re-established. A discount agreement is concluded with all pharmaceutical companies that meet the conditions for participation and confirm this by signing the requested documents.
  The contract ends at the latest on March 31, 2022, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to prematurely end the open house process, especially if exclusive discount agreements have been concluded. In this case, the contracts already concluded end in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experiences of the AOK PLUS exclusive Rabat agreements generally in force 8 to 12 months after the publication of the relevant announcement in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contract partners in the open house model are asked to inform themselves regularly about this in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Unionussgruenden
  This publication is not an award of a public contract within the meaning of the public procurement directive (2014/24 / EU) or public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended contracts, the publication is published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of areal publication form, the contract notice is used. The resulting requirements ("mandatory fields"), such as the procedure designation "open procedure", "award criteria" and "conditions for opening the offers" are due solely to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. Another meaning, in particulara submission to subcontracting regulations, unless they are mandatory for legal reasons, is not connected with this.
