  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to -130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicines for the active ingredient lacosamide (ATC code according toWHO: N03AX18) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V, subject to uniform conditions and a uniform access procedure. An exclusivity is offered The purchase quantity is unknown when the agreement is concluded and in particulardepending on the demand of the insured, the development of the number of insured, the prescription behavior of the contract doctors and the dispensing and stockpiling behavior of the public pharmacies.   The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiationsen not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, declaration of conformity) via the e-mail address given under I.1). Agreements within the framework of this model will be concluded between March 17th, 2020 and April 30th, 2021. Interested parties have completely outSubmit completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration for non-exclusion reasons, discount agreement in duplicate, declaration of conformity) for the first time by March 16, 2020, then by the 15th of a month, by post to the office named under I.1). According to the experience of AOK Plus, exclusive discount agreements generally appear 8 to 12 months after the corresponding announcement has been published in the Supplement of the Official Journal of the European Union in force. The future contract partners in the open house model are asked to inform themselves regularly about this in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
