  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with the possibility of concluding the active ingredient infliximab at any time (ATC code according to WHO: L04AB02)

  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products containing the active substance infliximab (ATC code naccording to WHO: L04AB02) as part of a so-called "open-house model". All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the Social Code Book V, subject to uniform conditions and a uniform access procedure. An exclusivity is not given. The purchase quantity is unknown at the conclusion of the agreement and insin particular depending on the demand of the insured, the development of the number of insured, the prescription behavior of the contract doctors and the dispensing and stockpiling behavior of the public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum purchase quantities.
  The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations wwill not be carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration on the absence of reasons for exclusion, declaration of conformity) via the e-mail address given under I.1). Agreements within the framework of this model are concluded between April 20, 2020 and May 31, 2021. Interested parties have the complete aCompleted and signed participation documents (self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate, declaration of conformity) must be sent by post to the office named under I.1) by April 17, 2020, then by the 15th of a month. It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. The 15th of a month falls on a Sundayevening, Sunday or nationwide public holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. In the event of later receipt (after April 17th, 2020 or the 15th of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month. The future contractual partners in the open house model are asked to inform themselves regularly about this in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Unionr Procurement Directive (2014/24 / EU) or procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended contracts, the publication is published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used.
