  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with the possibility of concluding the active ingredients listed in Section II.1.4) at any time
  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for drugs for the following active ingredient / combination of active ingredients:

  The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address given under I.1) to submit the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for non-exclusion reasons, declaration of conformity)Request delivery of lot and drug / drug combination. Agreements within the framework of this model are concluded between May 18, 2020 and June 30, 2021. Interested parties have the fully completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration for the lack of reasons for exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate, declaration of conformity) for the first time by May 15.2020, then by the 15th of the month, by post to the address mentioned under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. If the 15th of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. With later receipt (after May 15th, 2020 or 15th of a month) they will be submittedParticipation documents are taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement comes into force on June 1st, 2020 when both parties sign it up to and including June 30th, 2020. If the AOK PLUS is signed after June 30th, 2020, this discount agreement will come into force as soon as the AOK PLUS has been received by the pharmaceutical companysigned documents signed the discount agreement. The signing takes place by the end of the month in which the participation documents must have been received by AOK PLUS. Organizationally, AOK PLUS requires a preliminary run of about half a month to register the discount agreement. The initial labeling of discount drugs in the Apotheque software is available from the second month following the receipt of the participation documents. When the deadlines for reporting dates on the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt are changed or re-established, this time can vary. With all pharmaceutical companies that meet the requirements for participation and have requested this by signing theConfirm the documents, a discount agreement is concluded.
  The contract ends at the latest on June 30, 2021, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to prematurely end the open house process, especially if exclusive discount agreements have been concluded. In this case, the contracts already concluded end in accordance with the contractual onesProvisions. According to the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive discount agreements generally come into force 8 to 12 months after the corresponding announcement of the tender has been published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contractual partners in the open house model are requested to regularly refer to the supplement to the Official Journal of the European U.nion.

  This publication is not an award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24 / EU) or public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, it is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting requirements ("mandatory fields"), such as the procedure designation "open procedure", "award criteria" and "conditions for opening the offers" are solely for the use of this notice form and the termsdue to platform.
