  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with the possibility of concluding the active ingredient cinacalcet at any time (ATC code according to WHO: H05BX01)

  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive discount agreements according to -130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicinal products for the active ingredient cinacalcet (ATC code nach WHO: H05BX01) as part of a so-called "open-house model". All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the Social Code Book V, subject to uniform conditions and a uniform access procedure. An exclusivity The purchase quantity is unknown when the agreement is concluded and especiallyit is particularly dependent on the demand of the insured, the development of the number of insured, the prescription behavior of the contract doctors and the dispensing and stockpiling behavior of the public pharmacies. The customer guarantees no minimum purchase quantities.
  The agreement can be concluded at any time and on the same terms. Individual contract negotiations weInterested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, declaration of conformity) via the e-mail address given under I.1). Agreements within the framework of this model are concluded between June 2nd, 2020 and June 30th, 2022. Those interested are completely outSubmitted and signed participation documents (self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate, declaration of conformity) for the first time by May 29, 2020, then by the 15th of a month, by post to the office named under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. The 15th of a month falls on a Sundayend, Sunday or nationwide public holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. In the event of later receipt (after May 29, 2020 or the 15th of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement comes into force as soon as the AOK PLUS has been received by the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companythe discount agreement signed by the entrepreneur. Discount agreements submitted after 29 May 2020 will be signed by AOK PLUS by the end of the month in which the participation documents must have been received by AOK PLUS. Organizationally, a preliminary run of about half a month is necessary on the part of AOK PLUS in order to reconcile the reports of the discountundertake. The initial labeling of discount medicinal products in the pharmacy software takes place from the second month following the receipt period for the participation documents. This time may vary if the deadlines for reporting deadlines in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt are changed or re-established. With all pharmaceutical entrepreneurs who are participatinga discount agreement is concluded.
  The contract ends at the latest on June 30th, 2022, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to prematurely end the open house process, especially if exclusive discount agreements have been concluded. In this Fall the already concluded contracts end in accordance with the contractual provisions. According to the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive discount agreements generally come into force 8 to 12 months after the corresponding announcement of the tender has been published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contractual partners in the open house model are requested to sich to be informed regularly in this regard in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

  This publication is not an award of a public contract within the meaning of the procurement directive (2014/24 / EU) or the Procurement law. To the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intendedTo ensure that contracts are concluded, they are published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting requirements ("mandatory fields"), such as the
