  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of Non-exclusive discount agreements according to -130a Abs. 8 SGB V for drugs for the active ingredient rotigotine (ATC code according toWHO: N04BC09) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V subject to uniform conditions and a uniform access procedure. An exclusivity is offered The purchase quantity is unknown at the conclusion of the agreement and in particulardepending on the demand of the insured, the development of the number of insured, the prescription behavior of contract doctors and the dispensing and stockpiling behavior of public pharmacies.   The contract ends at the latest on July 31, 2021, regardless of the date of the contract.
