  Non-exclusive drug discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with the possibility of concluding the active ingredients listed under Section II.1.4) at any time
  The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products for the following active ingredient / combination of active ingredients:

  The agreement can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.
  Interested pharmaceutical companies can use the e-mail address given under I.1) to submit the participation documents (discount agreement, self-declaration for non-existent reasons), Declaration of Conformity), stating the lot and active substance. Agreements within the framework of this model will be concluded between June 22, 2020 and July 31, 2020. Interested parties have the fully completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion, discount agreement in duplicate, declaration of conformity)s by June 19, 2020, then by the 15th of a month, by post to the office named under I.1). It depends on the access of both AOK PLUS. If the 15th of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. With later receipt (after June 19, 2020 or 15th of a month)the submitted participation documents will be taken into account on the 15th of the following month.
  The discount agreement will come into force on July 1st, 2020 when both parties sign it, including on July 31st, 2020. If the date of signing the AOK PLUS is after July 31, 2020, this discount agreement will come into force as soon as the AOK PLUS has been received by the pharmaceutical companyn Entrepreneur signed documents signed the discount agreement. The signing takes place by the end of the month in which the participation documents must have been received by AOK PLUS. Organizationally, a preliminary run of about half a month is necessary on the part of AOK PLUS in order to report the discount agreement.   The contract ends at the latest on July 31, 2022, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to prematurely end the open house process, especially if exclusive discount agreements have been concluded. In this case, the contracts already concluded end in accordance with thecontractual provisions. According to the experience of AOK PLUS, exclusive discount agreements generally come into force 8 to 12 months after the corresponding announcement of the tender has been published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The future contract partners in the open house model are requested to refer regularly to this in the supplement to the Official Journal of the Eto inform the European Union.
