  The AOK Rhineland / Hamburg The health insurance fund (hereinafter: AOK RH / HH) organizes an open house procedure on the Grundlage of effective as of January 1st, 2016 between the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of North Rhine-Westphalia (KVNO) and the health insurance companies / associations, consisting of
  - the BKK-Landesverband Nordwest, Essen;
  - the IKK classic, Dresden;
  - the social insurance for agriculture , Forestry and Horticulture (SVLFG) as an agricultural health insurance company (LKK), Kassel;
  - der Knappschaft, Bochum;
  - Verband der Ersatzkassen e.V. (vdek), represented by the head of the vdek regional representative office in North Rhine-Westphalia, Duesseldorf.
  Closed agreement on the contractual medical prescription of the need for consultation hours for the supply of radiologically active medical practices in the area of KV North Rhine with contrast agents and contrast enhancers. The AOK RH / HH acts both in its own name and in the name and on behalf of dhe Nordrheinischen Krankenkassen / -verbaende.
  The agreement regulates the supply for the economic prescription of radiologically active medical practices in the area of KV North Rhine with contrast media / contrast enhancers listed in the documents. For this purpose, fixed contract prices in accordance with Appendix 1 to this contract for the debit of the health insurancesagreed constant products of the supplier. Contracting parties to this agreement are AOK RH / HH and the North Rhine health insurance companies / associations mentioned in paragraph 1, represented by AOK RH / HH.
  The health insurance companies offer all suitable and interested providers (in particular pharmaceutical companies, re-importers, wholesalers or Communities of providers)completion or accession to this agreement during the entire defined contract period. There is no exclusivity, nor is there a selection decision by the health insurance funds / associations.
  A contract is concluded with every company that fulfills the requirements for participation. There is no exclusivity. The contract can be concluded at any timeit and done on the same terms. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted.
  The earliest contract start is June 1st, 2020. The contract period ends on March 31, 2022, regardless of the individual start of the contract.

  In the absence of an eAccording to the corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure name "open procedure", are due solely to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. Another meaning, especially a submission to procurement regulations, insofar as they are notis not bound to legal reasons.
