Description:
The subject of the present procedure is the occupational medical and safety advice and support in accordance with ASIG in conjunction with DGUV V2. The relevant laws/regulations and rules/standards must be observed in the service.
The contractor must holistically on the company Health management (BGM). The BGM pillars are: occupational safety, occupational integration management (BEM) and occupational health promotion. It is also an employee assistance program (EAP) to support employees in psychosocial stressful situations to offer. The fee to be paid by the client results from the actuated periods of operation.
The start of performance is 01.01.2026. The contract has a term of 2 years. The client has the right to extend the contract by another 2 years if he did this Commit contractor in text form 6 months before the contract run. The client has the right to terminate the contract at any time with a period of six months.
Vitos gGmbH writes the order for Vitos Haina gGmbH as a public client in accordance with Section 15 of the Ordinance on the award Public orders (award regulation - VGV) by way of an open procedure. It is authorized by Vitos Haina gGmbH to carry out the award procedure. All correspondence regarding the award procedure is only to be carried out with Vitos gGmbH.
