The subject of this open The procedure is the conclusion of a contract for special care in accordance with Section 140a SGB V for digital early detection of colon cancer (d-IFOBT). With this contract, the client intends to offer its insured persons - in addition to the early detection of colon cancer within the framework of the guidelines for organized Cancer early detection programs (oKFE-RL) - to offer a low-threshold and simple access route to colon cancer prevention using iFOBT in the sense of the oKFE guideline. The current service offering consists of several components and includes the provision of a test kit/stool collection test (iFOB test), which can be ordered via a landing page, as well as the stool examination in accordance with II.D § 9 of the oKFE guideline and the transmission of the test results to the insured person. A detailed description of services can be found in the application conditions as appendix 1 to the contract (appendix 1 of the Application conditions) attached.
