Responsibilities of the contractor:
Investment/accounting, planning, turnkey system construction and commissioning of the CHP system including the renovated exhaust system, transfer of the system for use to the Neuburg public utility company, operational monitoring (maintenance and 24/7 troubleshooting service) throughout the entire contractgs term, billing of the investment via a lease fee or service fee for operational monitoring.
The CHP system described below must be able to be put into operation in August 2024!
Tasks of Stadtwerke Neuburg:
Operator status over the generation system and approvalmaintenance, daily operation of the system, procurement of fuel as well as auxiliary and operating supplies, marketing of energy products (electricity and heat).
