Description:
The terrain of the special waste deposit Wintersdorf, located in the district of Altenburger Land, can be controlled in the context of regular inspections with regard to the intact condition and the functionality of the backup elements and the technical facilities:
Surface of the sealed landfill body incl. Gas window, slopes and vegetation;
Surface dewatering system incl. Evaporation and infiltration basins, control shafts KS 1 to KS 17 and rainwater supplies RS 1;
Landfill fence and tore;
Traffic areas (landfill transaction, access roads to the groundwater meters)
Control groundwater meter network (overflight exhibitions only);
Side surfaces (so-called "rear storage area", forest areas).
Following extraordinary precipitation or storm events, an immediate additional commission must be made.
Each control date must be documented with a protocol (including photo documentation).
If required, appropriate measures to remedy damages are to be prepared and monitored.
The TSD is to be handed over to the control inspections carried out in a calendar year.
