Description:
According to the feasibility study of 09/2019 already carried out, the depot of the construction and garden company Lahr (BGL) is to be re-organized and planned with the administration currently housed in a house. This is done in three construction phases. For this purpose, the administration is firstSpreaded out and the existing building with garages (property 4290/7) can be demolished.
At the same point, a 2-storey office and workshop building is created here, which is based on the existing social building along the Gutleutstrasse. The new ground floor contains the workshop andSocial area as well as garages for 4 trucks, S and barrier -free access with waiting areas to the floor.
The upper floor then houses the administration that is divided into two areas. After completion of the first construction phase, further garages and warehouse buildings are canceled and a uniformHall for the vehicle population.
