The advertised planning services relate to the advice/specialist planning fire protection in accordance with AHO Issue No. 17 for the sub -projects TP 1 and TP 2: - All basic services of the service phases 1 to 5 and 8. - The following optional services: LPH 1: inventory on site, evaluation of transfers transferred Building files. LPH 2: Qualitative analysis of the intended use with regard to especially fire and explosion hazards; Determine the requirement of an explosion protection document, determine the necessary extinguishing water retention volume based on the listed lists/safety data sheets Corresponding water hazard classes, determining the needs and objectives of an smoke extraction concept for special questions, determining the needs and objectives of an evacuation concept for special questions, advise on the object -specific needs of the BIM in fire protection, Determining fire loads on site evaluate the lists/safety data sheets to combatable liquids or hazardous substances, participation in meetings where fire protection is not treated in a bundled way. LPH 3: Advice on determining decisive fire scenarios for the Brand simulation, advise on the determination of relevant scenarios for evacuation concepts. LPH 4: Check construction templates of the object planning for the correct implementation of fire protection planning and for compliance with the explanatory report, check the construction template for ventilation planning to the correct implementation of the fire protection planning and in accordance with the explanatory report, to date the fire protection concept that can be approved in principle in about the results of the preliminary examination of the building inspectorate or claims by the test expert/test engineer.
