Description:
A drinking water network can be installed in a new school building (classroom and single sports hall). Showers are planned exclusively in the UG. On the upper two floors it is only aboutToilet rooms, which is why no warm water network should be created on these floors. In the teacher rooms of the EC and OG, instantaneous water heater (one per floor) for hot water preparation in the tea kitchens are intended.
The dirt water network is also equivalent to the drinking water network.
TheDerivation of rainwater is derived on the outside of the building and is therefore not part of the performance to be provided.
Conditions are to be connected to the corresponding wastewater pipes from the trade sanitary.
In addition, there are sinks and in a neighboring existing building andExchange shorter parts of the sanitary lines. These are four rooms and adjacent corridors.
In this project, the insulation and fire protection measures are assigned to a separate agreement and therefore do not have to be carried out by the contractor sanitary.
